By accessing this website or purchasing any SocialScripts product, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or our products.
2. What we sell
SocialScripts sells digital creative material for content creators: video scripts, hook libraries, editing templates and content calendars, delivered as downloadable files.
We do not sell followers, likes, views or any form of paid engagement. We do not promote your account, we do not post on your behalf, and we never request access to your social media accounts.
3. Purchases and payment
- All products are sold as one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay, in the currency shown, taxes included where applicable.
- Prices displayed on this page are indicative and may change before launch.
- Access to your files is delivered by email or download link once payment is confirmed.
4. Licence to use the files
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material to create content on your own channels, including commercially.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute or give away the files, in whole or in part
- Share your download link or files with third parties
- Present the material as your own product or include it in a competing offer
- Use the material to build an equivalent library for resale
5. Your responsibilities

6. No guarantee of results
SocialScripts does not guarantee any specific result, follower count, view count or revenue. Our material is a creative tool; the outcome depends on your content, your consistency, your niche and platform algorithms outside our control.
7. No account access
We never ask for your username, your password, a verification code, or any permission on your social media accounts. Any message claiming otherwise on our behalf is fraudulent.
8. Third-party platforms and trademarks
SocialScripts is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, CapCut or Notion. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
9. Intellectual property
All material sold or displayed on this website — text, files, templates, branding and design — remains the property of SocialScripts and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
10. Limitation of liability

The legal basis is your consent for the signup and marketing emails, and the performance of our contract with you for purchases.

1. Digital products and the right of withdrawal
All SocialScripts products are digital files delivered immediately. When you complete a purchase, you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started, as permitted by EU consumer law.
If you have not downloaded or opened your files, you can still cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund.
2. When we refund
- Your files were never delivered, or the download link never worked
- The files are corrupted or unusable and we cannot fix them
- The product is materially different from its description on this page
- You were charged twice for the same product
3. When we do not refund
- Change of mind after the files have been downloaded
- Dissatisfaction with your own results — views, followers or revenue are never guaranteed
- You bought the wrong pack and already downloaded it (contact us anyway, we will usually swap it)
- Action taken against your account by a social media platform
4. How to request a refund
- Email hello@socialscripts.com with your order reference and the reason for the request
- We review the request within 5–7 business days and may ask for a screenshot of the problem
- If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days
5. No subscription to cancel
Every product is a one-time purchase. There is nothing recurring to cancel and you will never be charged again automatically.
